$3,989.67

That is how much my portfolio paid me this month. Nearly $4,000 in passive income. No shifts. No boss. No hours traded. Just deposits flowing into my account from assets I own. This is not some lucky spike or short-term win. It is part of a system that is now delivering an average of $3,497.22 per month in income this year. That adds up to over $20,000 collected so far in 2025, and every month that number gets bigger.

But here’s what makes it possible…

I am not just buying dividend stocks with saved-up cash. I am using leverage. Margin. Options yield. Reinvested income. While most people are afraid of debt, I’ve learned to use it like a business owner would. As a tool. A way to scale faster and own more income-producing assets now, rather than waiting ten years to get there slowly. By focusing on dividend income and channeling that income into growth positions, I’ve been able to outperform market indexes over the last twelve months.

This approach lets me buy time. Instead of waiting for raises, promotions, or inflation to cool down, I build a portfolio that cuts me a paycheck every single month. The more I own, the more I get paid. And every dollar that comes in gets recycled into more ownership. If you’re interested in that system, I’ve previously covered the topic in-depth.

That’s how you create income that compounds on itself. Not through hard labor, but through smart allocation. Through systems that run in the background and pay you whether you work or not

June’s total proves that this model works. Nearly $4,000 in monthly income puts me at a level most people work full-time to achieve. But the difference is that I do not trade time for it. I use capital, strategy, and discipline. If you missed last month’s report, you can see that below.

When I graduated college, my first job paid me about $3,000 a month. I worked full-time, sat in traffic, juggled deadlines, and waited two weeks for each paycheck to hit.
